Full Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a commercial project based at an air base in Huntingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical professional to take on a supervisory role, overseeing works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.,
- Supervising mechanical installations and works on a commercial project.
- Coordinating site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to programme.
- Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed on site.
- Liaising with project management and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
- Monitoring progress and resolving site-related issues as they arise.
Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or similar supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to site management, quality and health and safety.
- Must be willing to undergo the required vetting process to gain access to the site.
- An existing air base pass would be advantageous but is not essential.
