Winthrop specialises in providing Turnkey Data Centre Solutions, providing services from design through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our on-site team in Blyth, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
- Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop two-week lookahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.
- Ensure labour requirements are met in line with project schedules.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards across all mechanical works.
- Drive efficiency by ensuring subcontractors perform at their best.
- Communicate any variations or delays promptly to your line manager.
