Mechanical Supervisor

A leading Tier One Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Bristol, renowned for delivering high value, technically complex projects across a range of sectors. Now seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the team, overseeing mechanical installations on a variety of new build projects. Project sectors include Education, Healthcare, and MOD, all delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent relationships on site, being an integral part of the successful delivery Responsibilities to include ;

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure efficient delivery Ensure all works are
  
  carried out in line with health & safety regulations Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with specifications Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site Assist in resolving any technical or operational challenges The successful individual ; Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role within the M&E or construction sector Strong background working on new build projects Experience across sectors such as education, healthcare, or MOD is advantageous Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) The opportunity will offer ..
