Full Job Description

  • Assisting with tender submissions
  • Reviewing drawings and specifications
  • Obtaining supplier quotations
  • Preparing cost estimates
  • Working alongside Directors and Project Managers
  • Supporting pre-construction activities

    Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor, Project Engineer, Site Engineer or Tradesperson looking to move into an Estimating career?
    • We're working with a growing Mechanical Building Services contractor who is looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and the ambition to develop into a Mechanical Estimator. Previous estimating experience is beneficial but not essential. Full support and training will be provided for the right individual.,
  • Mechanical Building Services experience
  • Commercial M&E knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keen to develop a career in estimating
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
