Full Job Description

  • Preparation of detailed mechanical estimates
  • Review of tender documentation
  • Supplier and subcontractor enquiries
  • Value engineering exercises
  • Cost planning and budget preparation
  • Risk analysis
  • Tender presentations and handovers

    Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator
  • Mechanical Building Services background
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and pipework systems
  • Experience pricing projects from £1m - £20m+
  • Excellent commercial awareness
    • The successful candidate will join a highly regarded contractor with a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term career prospects
