Full Job Description

Review OEM/vendor tool installation drawings, specifications, and P&IDs; identify constraints affecting installation and utility routing.
Review piped utility requirements, chemical compatibility, and hazard classifications for process connections.
Tabulate loads and sizing calculations for piping, ductwork, and electrical connections.
Coordinate primary M&E design with OEMs and EPCMs; support clash detection and BIM/Revit model updates for tool and utility connections.
Support constructability and value-engineering reviews of layout, access, and temporary works for equipment installation.

Designing utility tie-ins (piping, HVAC/exhaust, or electrical) for process/manufacturing equipment in a regulated or high-spec environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/Plant 3D or AutoPIPE/Pipe-Flo (mechanical) or electrical design + conduit/cable tray routing tools (electrical).
PE license or equivalent chartered status preferred for senior-level hires; not required for Engineer I/II grades.
