  • Mechanical design of commercial fit-out projects
  • HVAC system design
  • Plantroom design
  • Pipework and ventilation design
  • Production of calculations and technical submissions
  • Coordination with project and delivery teams
  • Attendance at design meetings

    Mechanical Building Services Design experience
  • Commercial fit-out project experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Experience using industry standard design software
  • Ability to work within fast-track project environments
    • The business has an excellent reputation within the fit-out sector and offers a strong pipeline of secured projects
