Full Job Description
Responsible for fault finding and calibration on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment (low pressure hot and cold water systems, and associated equipment and natural gas systems.)
Performs work including Plumbing activities, which are complex, and / or non-routine.
Undertaking maintenance repairs, minor improvements and capital work across the Trust as directed by management ensuring compliance with trust safety standards and procedures., We are looking to recruit a self motivated, I.T. literate craftsperson with excellent Mechanical Plumbing and Engineering knowledge to join the estates team. The post holder will be responsible for fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment. The day to day duties will include planned preventative maintenance, general repairs, Energy Centre checks and responding to high priority emergencies to ensure continuity of service in a vibrant busy hospital. North Tees and Hartlepool Solutions is a wholly owned company, entirely owned by the Trust.
