Measurement Technician

Gauging Surveys Track Surveys using a variety of propriety technology Topographical Surveys In addition to the above, the Measurement Technician will also be assisting the Survey Manager in establishing all deliverables in the required formats to our customers alongside assisting with the storing and distribution of data. Please note, due to the nature of this role some weekend and nightshift work will be required. About you Hold very good knowledge of computer systems and modern survey equipment with data transmission. The ability to write method statements and Risk assessments and reports, will meticulous accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally have a rail background or understand of the rail environment. UK Driving License is essential for this role. ONC or HNC ideally or studying towards these qualifications. PTS Card Ideally though training will be provided. Responsibilities
The Measurement Technician will assist the Measurement Service team with all measurement surveys, including gauging, Lasersweep, platform gauging, track, and topographical surveys using various technologies. Additionally, the role involves helping the Survey Manager establish deliverables and manage data storage and distribution.
