Full Job Description
To work closely with the Lead Administrators to provide an efficient and responsiveadministrative provision to the teams ensuring service delivery is met.
To be responsible for taking ownership and contributing to the development of administrationsystems for the Service; by providing day to day administrative support.
The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broadrange of professionals and to maintain client confidentiality.
To work alongside and to cover all Administrative areas, when required and requested andto cover other administration staff across several locations as and when theneed arises.
To cover reception and other community teams as a core part of your responsibility .
The successful applicants will work closely with the clinical staff and administrative staff and will have daily direct contact with patients, relatives and visitors. Excellent communication skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is absolutely essential. You will be well-organised, highly motivated and able to work as part of a team. You will need to be hard-working, flexible and reliable with good interpersonal skills. It is important that you are able to prioritise your own workload to meet the needs of the services. To provide an effective administrative support to Managers, Officers and clinical staff withinthe teams.
