Full Job Description
In addition to pastoral care, the Matron is responsible for day to day liaison with the Domestic Assistants during term time. The Domestic Team is ultimately responsible to the Domestic Services Manager and the Head of Operational Services. The Matron is required when needed to support the domestic staff in the daily cleaning schedules.
Starting salary £20,672.99 , £18,446.50 salary plus £2,226.49 holiday pay
Permanent | 34 hours per week | 38.1 weeks per annum, The successful applicant will have a clear understanding of pastoral care provisions, a compassionate and welcoming predisposition and be able to connect to all personnel within the School to build effective and professional working relationships. It is essential that applicants have experience within a pastoral capacity, are confident using computers and willing to provide a 'can-do' approach to student welfare, customer service and working with young people.
This is a permanent, term-time role working 34 hours per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00am to 2:00pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm), plus 6 core days and 14.5 activity days, totalling 38.1 weeks per year.
