Are you a creative, compassionate Maths educator who believes every young person deserves to feel confident with numbers? At 3 Dimensions School, we specialise in supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and trauma-related needs. We're looking for a Maths Teacher who can bring learning to life, build trust, and help our learners achieve meaningful progress - academically, socially and emotionally. What You'll Do

  • Delivering engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3, KS4 and Post-16
  • Teaching a blend of functional maths, Entry Level, GCSE (where appropriate) and real-life numeracy
  • Adapting teaching to meet EHCP outcomes and individual learning profiles
  • Using creative strategies such as visual scaffolding, chunking, practical resources and overlearning
  • Embedding trauma-informed, low-arousal approaches to support regulation and engagement
  • Tracking progress, identifying gaps and celebrating every success
  • Building strong, positive relationships that help students feel safe, confident and ready to learn

    Experience teaching or supporting Maths learning
  • Ability to differentiate for a wide range of needs
  • Strong relationship-building and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
  • Driving licence required
  • Desirable:
  • QTS (or working towards it)
  • Experience in SEN or alternative provision
  • Experience delivering Functional Skills, Entry Level or GCSE Maths
  • Understanding of EHCPs and preparation for adulthood
