- A strong emphasis on relationships, trust and routines
- A calm, structured environment with clear behaviour support strategies
- The chance to make a genuine, lasting impact every single day
Is a qualified Maths teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) - Believes Maths should be accessible, practical and confidence-building
- Is resilient, patient and emotionally intelligent
- Can remain calm under pressure and see behaviour as communication
- Wants to be part of a supportive, values-driven team Why join us? This isn't just a teaching job-it's a chance to change trajectories. If you're ready to teach Maths with purpose, flexibility and heart, we'd love to hear from you.
