  • Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, delivering high-quality lessons that cater to all ability levels.
  • Supporting pupils in mastering core skills such as algebra, geometry, and data handling.
  • Utilizing interactive technology and visual aids to enhance student understanding of abstract concepts.
  • Planning and delivering targeted interventions for students preparing for GCSE examinations.
  • Encouraging resilience and confidence in students as they tackle challenging mathematical problems.
  • Participating in the school's numeracy initiatives and extracurricular Maths challenges.
  • Engaging in whole-school CPD and the statutory ECT induction sessions and observations.

    Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A strong academic background with a degree in Mathematics or a related STEM field.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for making Maths relevant to the modern world.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students and maintain high expectations for behaviour.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to engage fully with the school's mentor programme.
  • A proactive, organised, and reflective approach to teaching.
