The RoleAs Maths Second in Charge, you will support the Head of Department in leading curriculum planning, overseeing assessment and data analysis, and driving attainment across all year groups. You will deliver outstanding Maths lessons, contribute to staff development within the department, lead on intervention strategies, and play an active role in enrichment provision - including Maths challenges, problem-solving clubs, and UKMT competition preparation. Building strong, productive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents will be central to your leadership approach.
