Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our busy Delivery suite within Bournemouth Maternity on permanent contract. The successful applicants will join a well established team who administer the delivery suite Applicants should have excellent administrative/clerical experience, and good computer skills. You need to be organised and be able to cope with the day-to-day work that is undertaken by the team. There is a requirement for accuracy, attention to detail and an ability to work in an efficient and timely manner at all times. It is a very busy environment with a constant flow of traffic from all areas within the unit. 1 x 30 hours There is shift work involved over a 4 week rota. There is 3 shift patterns are: Early- 6am until 2pm Late- 2pm until 10pm Night- 10pm - 6am There will be two weekends to work over the 4 week rolling rota., To understand the role in more detail please read the full job description and person specification documents which are attached to this advert.
- GCSE English & Maths (minimum grade C/4) or equivalent, Minimum of two years experience in a similar role or administrative experience and/or qualification
- Good team worker, flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience of dealing with members of the public
- The ability to use own initiative when appropriate, Ability to be able to work in busy and demanding environment
