Full Job Description
We are looking for an initiative-taking and forward-thinking Operational Manager to manage and support the school office's team with a desire to make a difference.
To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Trust's administrative support functions. The postholder holds enhanced responsibility and accountability for people management, financial oversight, compliance, safeguarding processes, and service continuity.
We are a forward-thinking team and require a leader who can drive and support change with the ability to take on ad hoc school projects. You will need to be flexible, responding to priorities and problem solving as required.
