Ornua is actively seeking a Master Data Administrator to join our finance department as we continue our growth trajectory. Our Local Master Data team is responsible for all aspects of local item data management within Ornua Foods, including product structures, standard costing, and change control process. As our Master Data Administrator you will be the first point of contact across the business for Master Data queries, processing of requests and working alongside the Master Data Lead, to ensure data accuracy at all times and to continuously improve our processes and ways of working. - The key point of contact within the business for all day-to-day Local Master Data queries.
- Responsible for data integrity and accuracy through regular data housekeeping and routine checks.
- Resolve technical or system related issues with support of Master Data Lead.
- Processing of new item requests through to Global Master Data team.
- Responsible for set up of new products into M3 ERP system.
- New component set up and standard cost input within M3 ERP system.
- Bill of Material/Product Change Requests, being responsible for the timely and accurate entry of product changes and resolving queries where needed.
- Input of Sales Prices, being timely and accurate.
- Maintaining a collaborative working relationship with the Global Master Data team and key stakeholders across the business.
- Assist in the processing of quarterly standard cost updates.
- Support in the process of updating Distribution Order pricing.
- Maintenance of process and training notes to ensure these are kept up to date. Using these to train others as required.
- Support to Master Data Lead with Master Data projects or ad hoc requirements.
- Undertakes Personal development that is relevant to the role and ongoing skills development.

- Competent IT & system skills (Excel & Microsoft Office tools). Adaptable to learning new systems.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work effectively to meet service level agreements.
