As a Massage and Beauty Therapist, you will provide a wide range of treatments with professionalism and care, ensuring each guest leaves relaxed and revitalised. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through advanced training of up to NVQ level 7 and play a key role in shaping the guest experience as our spa continues to expand., Deliver a range of treatments to the highest standard, tailored to guests' individual needs

Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably presented and stocked

Support retail sales through informed recommendations and product knowledge

Help maintain treatment records and manage bookings professionally

Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

Assist in creating a warm, welcoming spa atmosphere

Contribute ideas to continually enhance our treatment menu and guest experience
