Masonry Administrator

In this varied role, as Masonry Administrator, you will be taking Masonry orders from clients and processing Masonry orders from Funeral homes as well as offering information and advice on Masonry to Funeral colleagues and clients, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.
You'll complete all administration accurately, inputting relevant information on to the computer system, completing paperwork to cemeteries and crematoria. You'll also be ensuring accurate and timely information is given to Production colleagues to enable the fixing of memorials, or the removal of headstones for burial.
You'll assist with administration returns at our Support Centre and complete any other relevant duties as requested.
