Full Job Description
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of our key e-commerce channels, including Amazon UK Seller Central, Wayfair, and other online marketplaces. From listing optimisation to performance marketing and operational coordination, you'll play a key role in driving growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience., Marketplace Management
- Own daily operations across Amazon UK, Wayfair, and other UK e-commerce platforms
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory across all channels Listing Creation & Optimisation
- Create and upload high-quality, SEO-optimised product content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content)
- Continuously optimise listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates Order & Inventory Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouses and logistics partners
- Manage fulfilment (FBA/FBM), ensuring timely order processing, returns, and refunds Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g. Amazon PPC, Wayfair Sponsored Products)
- Track performance, optimise bids and budgets, and maximise ROI
- Support promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries, reviews, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve issues related to orders, products, shipping, and returns Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse sales data, traffic, keyword performance, and competitor activity
- Produce reports with actionable insights and recommendations Compliance & Best Practice
- Ensure listings meet marketplace policies and UK/EU regulatory requirements (e.g. product safety, VAT)
- Stay up to date with platform changes and industry trends Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, operations, and customer service teams
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or other marketplaces - Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO and product listing optimisation
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven
Salary circa £35,000 - Benefits package
