Marketing Science Partner - Mid Market EMEA 6-Month STE Contract

This role will challenge you to not only provide strategic direction to advertisers about their measurement efforts, but also to create tools, develop programmes and identify ways to automate Marketing Science guidance across thousands of advertisers., 1. Partner with advertisers to design and operationalize measurement learning agendas that connect advertising activity to business outcomes
2. Scope, design, and execute ad effectiveness studies including conversion lift, brand lift, and multi-touch attribution across Meta platforms
3. Run internal and external education sessions on measurement and performance best practices
4. Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize client accounts and identify measurement opportunities that support advertiser growth
5. Translate complex quantitative research findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical client audiences
6. Support clients in working with third-party measurement vendors to set up, run, and interpret measurement studies
7. Apply your analytical expertise to drive relevant product adoption and new business growth in service of client delivery. Contribute to the development and piloting of scalable measurement capabilities in partnership with Product and Research and Development teams
8. Provide cross-functional input into team-level measurement priorities and help identify opportunities to improve measurement solutions at scale

9. 8+ years of experience working in marketing effectiveness, market research, or business intelligence
10. Ability to explain complex analytical concepts and/or problems in a simple way
11. Proven experience with creating and delivering analytics-based presentations to decision makers
12. Experience in analyzing and manipulating data sets to understand patterns and provide insights
13. Understanding of test design methodologies (geo-tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, Randomised Control Trial experiments) along with survey sampling, and/or panel data
14. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
15. Experience in operating scaled programs

19. Master's degree in an analytical field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics
20. Familiarity with basic commands in R and/or Python
21. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
22. Familiarity with SQL
23. Understanding of the advertising landscape
24. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
