Full Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing Projects Co-ordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications team at Chichester College Group. If you thrive on planning, scheduling, and seeing projects through from idea to delivery, this role is for you. You'll be the glue between teams, systems, and timelines, helping us stay on track as we deliver high-impact campaigns that support student recruitment, brand visibility and strategic initiatives. What you'll do
- Support planning and coordination of marketing projects using tools like Monday.com.
- Manage project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders.
- Coordinate day-to-day workflow across teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as the go-to contact for project updates and queries.
- Keep clear documentation of activity, tasks and outcomes.
- Support internal project meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
- Identify areas to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement.
Proven experience co-ordinating marketing or creative projects. - Strong knowledge of campaign development, content workflows and scheduling.
- Confidence using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and Microsoft Office.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- First-class organisational and time management skills.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent. A professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) and experience in education/public sector is a bonus, but not essential. The location of this role will be discussed at interview.
