Marketing Officer

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Officer to support and enhance the school's ambitious marketing efforts, as we continue to reinforce Hill House's reputation as the leading independent school in the region. This is a varied and exciting role, encompassing everything from event planning and website management to producing high-quality marketing materials and filming TV commercials. We're looking for someone who can contribute fresh ideas whilst helping to further develop and strengthen our established brand and presence.

Hill House School is seeking a dynamic, driven and creative, Marketing Officer. An ideal role for a recent graduate, or similar, and reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will play a pivotal part in delivering the school's marketing. It will be key to enhancing the schools' brand visibility across multiple platforms, attracting prospective families, and engaging with a variety of stakeholders across the school. Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to try new ideas and go the extra mile are essential qualities for this role. The successful candidate will ensure that the school's brand is consistently and accurately represented across all channels, aligned with brand guidelines. The ability to prioritise, multitask, and work methodically under pressure is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with flexibility, adaptability, and openness to new ideas, are vital. Term Time working plus 8 Weeks. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required., The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing or a related field and be eager to apply their skills and knowledge in a practical, results-driven environment.

Hill House is the leading co-educational, independent school in the area, situated on the borders of South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. It is an exciting and expanding school of some 850 children from age 3 to 18, where teachers can teach and children can learn. The school was founded in 1912 and occupies a splendid location between Bawtry and Doncaster.
