Marketing Officer ROLE DESCRIPTION
Marketing Officer
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketing professional to join NCG as a Marketing Officer in London. In this role, you'll take ownership of designated recruitment markets, planning, delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns that directly support student recruitment targets. You'll manage campaign budgets, coordinate media buying activity and use market insight and performance data to maximise return on investment. The role also includes producing prospectuses and marketing materials, managing projects through design, and supporting the delivery of high-profile recruitment events. Working closely with curriculum, recruitment and leadership colleagues, you'll collaborate with specialist teams across digital marketing, design, PR and events. You'll also help shape the digital customer journey through website content, CRM activity and engaging online content. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, contribute fresh ideas and make a genuine difference to student recruitment and business growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking ownership of designated recruitment markets, developing and delivering marketing plans that support recruitment targets.
- Managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, advertising, events and content channels.
- Managing campaign budgets, media buying activity and performance reporting to ensure strong return on investment.
- Producing and managing a range of marketing materials, including prospectuses, campaign literature, digital content and advertising.
- Managing website content and supporting CRM-driven marketing activity.
- Using market research and customer insight to inform campaign planning and decision-making.
- Supporting and representing the NCG and its London colleges at recruitment events, open events, awards ceremonies and other key activities.
- Working closely with curriculum teams, recruitment teams and colleagues across digital, design, PR and events.
