Marketing Materials SpecialistSalary:
Andover
Up to £30,000 per year
Hours: 9am–5pm

We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Materials Specialist to join our team.

The role is responsible for coordinating, managing, and maintaining marketing materials and medical educational equipment for demonstrations, events, exhibitions, and tradeshows.

More about the role ;

  • Manage the Marketing Materials inbox and respond to demo and equipment requests.

  • Coordinate the movement, dispatch, collection, and return of marketing materials and equipment.

  • Communicate regarding availability, condition, quality, and return dates.

  • Assist with set building for events and demonstrations.

  • Resolve issues and manage multiple requests effectively.

Requirements for the role ;
  • Good English and numeracy skills.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability .

  • to multitask and work to deadlines.

  • Previous experience in returns, warehouse, stores, logistics, or marketing materials is desirable.

Working EnvironmentThis is a warehouse/stores-based role involving regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling materials, with occasional lifting of up to 12 kg.
