Full Job Description

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our property lettings and management services. Identify target markets and potential clients, including private landlords and prospective tenants. Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across the company website and other relevant advertising channels. Research property market trends to identify new marketing opportunities and support business development. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant marketing partners, property portals, external agencies and other promotional service providers. Monitor marketing expenditure, campaign effectiveness, lead generation and conversion rates to ensure efficient use of marketing resources. Analyse marketing performance and prepare management reports outlining campaign results, customer acquisition trends, market opportunities and recommendations for business growth.
