high-performing function The ideal candidate for this role will have: Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role Strong B2B catalogue, consumables, distribution or high-SKU experience Experience driving customer retention, share of wallet, cross-sell and acquisition Strong lead-generation and campaign management experience Experience using customer and purchasing data to drive targeted marketing Excellent copywriting, proposition development and content skills A strong understanding of CRM, email, digital, social, SEO and marketing analytics A genuinely commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and ROI Experience leading and developing a marketing tea m Experience within Healthcare, Social Care, Hospitality, HoReCa, Leisure, Catering, Cleaning, Facilities Management or another consumables-led sector would be a real advantage.
