Engagement:Develop and deliver compelling content and storytelling to strengthen the Scarlets brand, and to collaborate with internal teams to promote community and fan engagement initiativesWork with other professional rugby clubs, URC marketing teams and the Welsh Rugby Union to maximise campaign reach and cross-promotional opportunitiesSupport sponsor activation plans and maximise brand value for commercial partnersDigital & Social Media Management:Oversee and deliver digital marketing activity, including social media, email campaigns, web content, and paid advertisingInsights & Reporting:Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs and analytics toolsProvide regular reports to senior management and suggest data-driven improvementsDepartment Management:Provide structured and inspirational leadership of the Marketing Team in delivering departmental and company objectivesProvide effective Performance Management of departmental staff and support HR processes in other departments as and when

requiredGENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIESA positive attitude to Information Technology in carrying out the responsibilities of the postTo behave in an ethical and professional manner at all times and to be willing and able to reinforce the importance of these qualities within the companyAn understanding and commitment to equal opportunities in employment and sportAn understanding of individual responsibility in complying with the Health and Safety policies and arrangementsAbility to work irregular and antisocial hours as required including work outside normal hours, at evenings, weekends and public holidaysYour Skills & ExperienceDemonstrable experience of facilitating growth in a marketing role (ideally 3-5 years), preferably in sports, events, or entertainment sectorsStrong campaign planning and execution skillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, CMS, SEO, analytics)Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersExcellent written and
verbal communication skillsPassion for rugby and understanding of the professional rugby landscape in WalesExperience in ticketing and CRM platformsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design toolsAbility to speak Welsh #J-18808-Ljbffr
