functionThe ideal candidate for this role will have: Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing roleStrong B2B catalogue, consumables, distribution or high-SKU experienceExperience driving customer retention, share of wallet, cross-sell and acquisitionStrong lead-generation and campaign management experienceExperience using customer and purchasing data to drive targeted marketingExcellent copywriting, proposition development and content skillsA strong understanding of CRM, email, digital, social, SEO and marketing analyticsA genuinely commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and ROIExperience leading and developing a marketing teamExperience within Healthcare, Social Care, Hospitality, HoReCa, Leisure, Catering, Cleaning, Facilities Management or another consumables-led sector would be a real advantage.
