At Leighton Park, we believe education should inspire young people to imagine a better world and have the confidence, character and curiosity to shape it. We are looking for a creative, ambitious and digitally confident Marketing Manager to help bring our story to life.

This is not a marketing role where you sit on the sidelines. You will be at the heart of a vibrant school community, working across the School to showcase extraordinary student experiences, celebrate success, strengthen engagement and help future families discover what makes Leighton Park different.

You will lead and support a small marketing team, helping to prioritise activity, develop colleagues and deliver high-quality, purposeful communications. Working collaboratively across the School, you will help ensure our marketing is creative, effective and aligned to the distinctive Leighton Park experience.

From content and campaigns to digital channels and events, you will help shape how Leighton Park is seen, experienced and understood.

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with excellent organisation, strong judgement and an instinct for storytelling. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, agencies and suppliers.

You will bring hands-on marketing experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working across digital and offline channels. Experience of website content management systems, analytics, reporting and campaign delivery will be important, alongside a proactive, curious and can-do approach.
