Full Job Description
The Marketing Manager is a senior role within the Commercial & Growth Directorate, responsible for developing and delivering Healthcare Ireland's marketing strategy across all channels - driving enquiry generation, supporting occupancy growth, strengthening the Group's brand, and managing its digital presence and reputation across all markets. Reporting to the Commercial & Growth Director, the postholder ensures that Healthcare Ireland is visible, trusted, and compelling to the families, residents, commissioners, and prospective employees it needs to reach, and that marketing activity is data-driven, measurable, and directly linked to the Group's commercial and people objectives.
This is a broad, hands-on role that spans brand management, digital marketing, content creation, online reputation management, social media, internal communications, and employer brand. Working closely with the Commercial Finance Managers, Contracts & Commissioning Manager, People Director, and operational teams, the Marketing Manager ensures the Group's marketing effort is joined-up, impactful, and consistently reflective of Healthcare Ireland's values and quality positioning.
