Based in Derby, the business is undergoing an exciting period of strategic growth and is looking for someone who can take ownership of brand development, lead generation, and content strategy to support commercial expansion across public, education, and private sector markets., The successful candidate will take the lead on delivering integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate quality leads. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Brand Development: Strengthening and aligning the brand across all marketing and customer communication channels.
• Website Management: Maintaining and improving the company website, with a focus on SEO, UX, and up-to-date content. Working with external specialist agencies to ensure clear brief and delivery.
• Content & Campaigns: Creating and managing a marketing calendar, and developing content across social media, email, and blog platforms.
• Lead Generation: Delivering targeted campaigns to generate inbound enquiries from the public sector, education, and new private sector clients.
• Product Promotion: Collaborating with sales and product teams to successfully market new and existing product lines.
