We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Marketing & Lead Generation Officer

to help grow our Training & Prevention income through strategic marketing and business development activity. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your marketing expertise with meaningful social impact.
About the Role
Our sector-leading training programmes are delivered to universities, schools, local authorities, healthcare providers, police services, charities and corporate organisations. These programmes equip professionals and young people with the knowledge and confidence to prevent sexual violence and respond safely to disclosures.
What We Do
Rape Crisis South London (RCSL) is a specialist charity dedicated to supporting survivors of rape, sexual abuse and all forms of sexual violence across twelve London boroughs. We provide a range of trauma-informed services that empower survivors, promote recovery and help individuals rebuild their lives.
What You'll Do:
Develop and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns to generate enquiries, leads and training bookings.
Identify and engage new audiences across the corporate, education, healthcare, public and community sectors.
Create compelling marketing content that showcases the impact and value of our training programmes.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, nurturing prospects from first contact through to booking.
Act as the first point of contact for training enquiries, building positive relationships with prospective clients.
Work closely with our specialist trainers to coordinate meetings, develop opportunities and maximise conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and use insights to continuously improve results.
Maintain accurate records and reporting using our CRM system.
Help grow a vital income stream that directly funds frontline support services for survivors of sexual violence.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, delivering creative marketing campaigns and using data to drive results, all while contributing to a mission-driven organisation that creates meaningful social impact., Rape Crisis South London is committed to safeguarding survivors and service users. Interview Process
Stage one:

MS Teams with the Training & Prevention Manager, Director of Fundraising & Communications and one other panel member.
The whole process from advertisement to appointment, may take up to 3 -4 weeks.
Post holder will be required to undertake Basic DBS.
The role will initially be open for one month (until filled). However, due to the urgent need for support, applications will be reviewed and interviews arranged on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.

Leadership responsibilities relevant to the role

We are looking for someone who has:
Experience delivering successful email marketing campaigns.
A track record of generating leads, enquiries or sales.
Strong written communication and marketing content creation skills.
Experience using CRM systems and analysing campaign performance.
Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
