We're hiring a Marketing Executive to join a busy, growing team in Bolton. This is a newly shaped role, perfect for someone with a bit of experience and a lot of enthusiasm for digital marketing.

You'll help shape how the business shows up online - creating social posts, crafting email campaigns, supporting events, and building brand visibility. There's also a bit of light-touch admin and comms work to keep broker relationships warm.

What You'll Be Doing
Creating and posting content for social media, email newsletters, and websites

Using Canva (or similar tools) to design graphics and marketing materials

Writing and proofreading content that's actually engaging

Supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and events

Helping manage broker communications and tracking campaign performance

Pitching ideas, taking initiative, and working closely with the wider business team

Some experience in a marketing, comms, or admin role

Confident using Canva, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office

A clear communicator who enjoys writing and being creative

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

Bonus points if you've helped run a campaign, blog, or online project

No marketing degree needed - just show us what you've done
