  • Create engaging content for email campaigns, websites, and social media, and support delivery of content within media partner agreements.
  • Work closely with editorial, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Support the management and ongoing development of websites and marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing clear insight on effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute ideas to new marketing initiatives and help shape how we continue to develop audience engagement.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practice across digital marketing and publishing., Be part of a specialist media business with strong, trusted brands and loyal professional audiences.
  • Work in a hybrid environment that supports focus, collaboration and flexibility.
  • Learn and grow through tailored development, mentoring and hands-on experience.
  • Contribute to work that informs, connects and supports industries that matter.
  • Join a culture grounded in passion, creativity, fairness and long-term thinking.

Experience supporting the delivery and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SEO, social media, and PPC.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track and report performance.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in publishing or B2B media marketing.
  • Familiarity with working across editorial, commercial, and design teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to aviation, automotive, or specialist industry audiences.
  • Experience supporting or delivering marketing activity for events or exhibitions.
  • If you do not meet every requirement but bring transferable skills, sound judgement and fresh thinking, we encourage you to apply.

For over 40 years, Mark Allen Group has built and grown specialist media brands that inform, connect and support professional communities.
