What you ll be doing

You'll be part of small, high-output marketing team, working directly with the Marketing Director across the full mix, campaigns, content, email, events, reporting, and ad hoc initiatives that keep the engine running.

You'll be expected to take ownership, manage your own workload, and deliver to a high standard and support a large team of elite salespeople. We re high performance, we move quickly and we don't waste time on activity that doesn't move the needle.

Most weeks will include a mix of:

Planning and delivering campaigns that generate pipeline

Writing and editing content across multiple formats, blogs, web pages, case studies, emails

Building and optimising email campaigns and nurture sequences in our CRM

Supporting the planning and delivery of events

Turning reporting data into something that actually means something

Working closely with the sales team on shared goals

Who we're looking for

You'll have at least four years of B2B marketing experience and be genuinely comfortable operating across the full mix. You don't need to be an AI specialist, but you should be curious about it. We use AI tools daily as part of how we work, and we'd expect you to pick that up quickly and run with it.

Technically, you'll need:

Solid CRM experience ideally in Hubspot, Higher Level, Salesforce or Dynamics

Working knowledge of WordPress or equivalent CMS

Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Some experience of using Chat GPT or Claude to a good level

This role is well-suited to someone returning to work after a career break, or between permanent roles and looking for something substantive to get their teeth into. If your experience is strong and your situation makes a 12-month contract the right fit, we'd like to hear from you.
