Full Job Description

We are seeking candidate with a marketing background who are experienced in working within fast moving B2B or B2C environments. Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and develop the company's social media presence, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content highlighting people, projects, achievements, and company news.
  • Identify and develop content opportunities across the business.
  • Work with colleagues to gather information, updates, photographs, and success stories.
  • Support website updates and wider digital marketing activities.
  • Prepare company profiles, case studies, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with events, industry activities, awards submissions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor engagement levels and support the ongoing growth of social media channels.
  • Business Development Support
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to business development and commercial teams.
  • Assist with the preparation of tenders, proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Research prospective clients, projects, market opportunities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records and support business development activity.
  • Administration & Office Support
  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Assist with organising meetings, events, and internal communications.
  • Support managers and senior stakeholders with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and locations., Operating on a national basis, our Creative Division partners with both agency and client-side organisations, ranging from ambitious SMEs to established national and international brands across a diverse range of sectors.

  • Experience using LinkedIn for business, marketing, or professional purposes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify engaging content opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable Experience
  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience within marketing, business support, administration, or business development.
  • Experience creating marketing content and supporting digital marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
  • Experience updating website content and reviewing social media analytics.
