Full Job Description
We are keen to hear from commercially experienced Marketing Communications Assistants and Executives who have a background in playing a key part in delivering integrated marketing, communications, and brand awareness initiatives. Overview Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
- Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement. Communications & Public Relations
- Support the delivery of communications and PR initiatives that enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry publications, media contacts, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and distribute press releases, articles, thought leadership content, and company updates.
- Monitor media coverage and provide reporting on campaign performance and return on investment. Content & Digital Marketing
- Create engaging content for websites, email marketing, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.
- Manage website content using content management systems, including WordPress.
- Ensure brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity remain consistent across all channels.
- Support demand generation and lead nurturing activities through effective content strategies. Social Media & Online Presence
- Develop and implement social media content plans and engagement strategies.
- Manage social media platforms, scheduling content and monitoring audience engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, visibility, and follower growth.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to digital marketing and communications. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Produce regular reports against key performance indicators.

- Previous experience within a Marketing, Communications, PR, or Digital Marketing role.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Understanding of public relations and media engagement activities.
- Practical experience using WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content schedules.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Professional marketing qualifications such as CIM would be advantageous. Desirable Experience
- Experience within a B2B marketing environment.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement techniques.
- Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Personal Attributes
