Fixed term ending 12th January 2028, 18.5 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join the School of Arts and Humanities. This role sits within the University's National Creative Health Hub and will support the development of a new Creative Health System for West Yorkshire, working as part of a collaborative, place-based research team.
As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of marketing and communications activity for this major regional initiative. Working closely with internal colleagues, external partners and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, you will ensure that the Creative Health System is effectively promoted across the region. You will coordinate engagement across a diverse network of stakeholders, helping to raise awareness, drive participation and support the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will bring substantial experience of working in a busy marketing environment and delivering high quality communications across a range of channels. You will be confident creating engaging content, managing social media activity, supporting events, and working with designers, photographers and other creative suppliers. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a varied workload, and a collaborative approach are essential. You will also have experience of market research, using content management systems, and providing a professional, customer focused service to a wide range of stakeholders.
