Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company's LinkedIn presence, including creating and scheduling posts for both Wade and the CEOMaintain the Wade websiteSupport the creation and distribution of company newsletters both internally and externallyProduce and report on monthly analytics and performance metricsMonitoring relevant industry organisations (e.g. NEPIC, ISPE) for events and opportunitiesOrganise Wade events and seasonal activities, including organising gifts and charitable donationsSupport business development activities, including maintaining target lists, assisting with initial outreach, and tracking potential leadsOrganise monthly team-wide meetingsProvide general marketing, design and administrative support, including updating staff email signatures, creation of marketing materials and supporting ad hoc tasks as required

About You Essential Previous experience in a marketing or communications roleExperience using Canva (or similar design tools) to create marketing contentStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksAttention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelinesComfortable using LinkedIn, in a professional contextProactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
Desirable Degree (or working towards) in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExperience using CRM systems (e.g. ActiveCampaign or similar)Basic understanding of email marketingExperience analysing social media or marketing performance data

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant. This role is a full-time fixed-term contract for 18 months (maternity cover) and is focused on on-line marketing, delivery of marketing campaigns and content creation.
