What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation, and delivery of email marketing campaigns from concept to send
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences
- Build and manage email workflows and automation journeys within the CRM platform
- Maintain and segment contact lists to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences
- Monitor campaign performance, reporting on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Use Microsoft Office 365 to manage campaign schedules, collaborate with the team, and produce reports
- Ensure all communications are compliant with GDPR and email marketing best practices
- Support the wider marketing team with content creation and scheduling across channels
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement, reduce unsubscribes, and grow the mailing list
