Charminar Restaurant Ltd is expanding across London, and we are looking for a Market Research Analyst to help us understand customer behaviour, food trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth. This role is essential for improving menu performance, pricing strategy, marketing campaigns, and overall business expansion.,
- Analyse customer data from dine-in, takeaway, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and other platforms
- Research local market trends, popular cuisines, and emerging food preferences
- Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, menu items, promotions, customer reviews)
- Evaluate the performance of existing menu items and recommend new dishes
- Track sales trends across branches and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare clear reports and insights for management
- Support marketing campaigns with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor industry trends in the UK restaurant sector
- Maintain organised research documentation and dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of market research methods and basic statistics
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or food industry research is an advantage
