At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident Market Area Fleet Manager to join one of the UK's leading automotive groups.,

• You'll manage the full B2B sales journey - from identifying prospects and creating a sales pipeline, to closing deals and ensuring a smooth, professional handover.
  
  You'll maintain an up-to-date knowledge of brand products, business leasing options, and insurance packages to offer the best service and advice possible.
• Someone with proven sales experience in the automotive sector, ideally with B2B or fleet sales background.
• Someone with strong influencing skills and the ability to convert enquiries into lasting customer relationships.
• Someone who can take ownership of their performance and consistently deliver against targets.
