Full Job Description

As a Marine claims broker at WTW London, you will support the broking team in providing comprehensive insurance solutions to our clients in the marine sector. You will assist in managing relationships with clients and insurers, preparing documentation, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in marine insurance broking.,

  • Client Support: Assist in delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met effectively.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review insurance documentation, including policy terms and conditions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and emerging issues in the marine insurance sector to inform broking strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiations with insurers to secure favourable terms and conditions for clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties related to client accounts, including record-keeping and data entry.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in marine insurance broking., Client Focus: Acting in the best interests of our clients to help them succeed.

    Understanding or experience in the marine insurance sector is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Maritime Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
