• To coach and develop team, identifying opportunities to drive functional agility.
• Promote a positive safety culture through practical implementation of HSE Pillar.
• To be the Responsible Person on site during out of hours operations.
• Actively participate and drive Short Interval Control (SIC) ensuring clear and consistent escalation of issues.
• Actively participate in loss identification and eradication activities utilising TPM (IL6S) Pillar Deployment.
• To ensure that product is produced in accordance with the Company's product quality standards, through effective coaching and communication.
• To ensure that effective communication processes are followed and aligned to company standards.
• To assist in the development of the department's planned maintenance schedules and to ensure that agreed schedules are delivered in accordance to plan.

• Highly experienced Team Leader able to draw on leadership experience within a fast-moving consumer goods environment. Exposure to manufacturing environment working a shift system.
• Good people management skills.
• Strong evidence of delivering and developing a culture where the health and safety of the team and employees is paramount.
• Stakeholder management, building effective working relationships across all levels to deliver sustainable improvements.
