About The RoleWe are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Support Administrator to work at our brand new Quartz factory in Scunthorpe. This vacancy is for our morning shift with the hours of work 06:00 to 14:30.Critical purpose of role:

  • Provide high level administrative support to all areas of the warehouse
  • Fully support the warehouse management team
  • Liaising with internal departments if necessary
  • Providing general support to teams across the business
  • Main responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from management
  • Provide general support to Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Generate reports for management KPIs and other specific reports
  • Assist with HR functions, such as note taking for investigations and disciplinary meetings
  • Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
  • Monitor incoming emails, responding in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Supervisors to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
  • Provide general administrative support within all areas of the warehouse
  • Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably as requested by management
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role

    Ability to work on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in an administration function
  • Excellent attention to detail
