Manufacturing Supervisor, Dispensary

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with colleagues across manufacturing and supply chain functions, helping to keep products moving safely, efficiently and in compliance with GMP requirements. You'll develop and coach your team, drive performance, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. Whether it's leading daily team briefings, managing stock accuracy or implementing smarter processes, you'll have a genuine opportunity to make a difference. What we're looking forWe're looking for someone with experience leading people in a warehouse, dispensary, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environment. You'll be comfortable managing processes, maintaining inventory control and promoting a strong safety culture. Just as importantly, you'll be someone who can communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, solve problems proactively and bring people together to achieve shared goals., Experience in a GMP

environment, is essential; experience with Oracle systems and knowledge of warehouse operations would be advantageous. Attention to detail, accuracy and effective time management will be key to success in this role.
