• Salary: £35,500 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (30-minute lunch) Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays Location: Newton Aycliffe Contract: Permanent Availability: Preference for immediate start The Role We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise a small team, manage production schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient operations across the factory and warehouse. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production and despatch operations Plan and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand Supervise and support a team of 5 across manufacturing and warehouse functions Ensure products meet required quality standards Oversee picking, packing, and on-time despatch Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with purchasing What We're Looking For Previous experience in manufacturing supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills
