We are immediately looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our friendly team in Hull, HU3 2BN. Your pay rate as a Manufacturing Operative will be as standard:

  • Starting at £18.58 per hour then £19.39 after 12 weeks.
    • Day to day life as a Manufacturing Operative:
  • Responsible for safely and competently
  • Reporting to the Cell Manager
  • Carrying out all duties required to efficiently operate the film processes whilst continually improving our standards towards being a World Class Operation
  • Our client is a Global Medical Technology business with operations in 33 countries. They develop and market advanced medical devices that help health care and professionals treat patients more effectively - and patients get back to their normal lives faster.
    • Typical hours as a Manufacturing Operative are:
  • Continentals Rotation: 4 on 4 off days and nights 6am / 6pm start.
  • Overtime is £21.78/ £29.04 for 1st 12 weeks and £22.74/ £30.32 after 12 weeks.
  • Our ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision to the highest level of quality, and have a basic understanding of Health and Safety procedures and practices. Previous experience in food manufacturing would be advantageous.
  • You are required to have a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
